Implementing Your Plan Develop an action plan that determines who will do what by when to implement. For complex goals with various steps and players, consider this action planning format. Identify point people for key goals and initiatives. See Don’t Forget the Point Person. Think about how you might engage people in implementing your plan, including faculty, staff, students, advisory councils, alumni, other units on campus. If you are interested in having a student representative
on planning or implementation committees, Associated Students of Madison
