- Advice on potential links with related issues and
partnerships for advancing your plan
- Advice on resources for implementing your plan
The Office of Quality
Improvement in collaboration with the point people and the campus
facilitator pool can help with:
Creating or updating your strategic plan
- Provide an overview of the campus priorities,
the processes, and ideas for how to consider these in your department
or unit’s planning
- Suggest options or models to help design your
planning process
- Provide example strategic plans from a variety
of departments, administrative offices, schools and colleges
- Facilitate your planning session
- Advise on integrating your plan with the campus
plan
Moving to action and results
- Help create an action plan and implementation
strategy
- Helping develop a system for monitoring and measuring
success
- Improving or developing new programs, processes,
systems
- Identifying and setting up partnerships to advance
your plan
